Guangdong Chaozhou Hefengte Papermill PM2 Test Liner project started up successfully today，which is HUAZHANG Technology's firstself-designedcomplete set of EP papermaking project.

The arrival of the Spring brings good prospects, while the sudden COVID-19 disrupts the pace of the PM2 test liner project of Chaozhou Hefengte Paper Co., Ltd. However, Hefengte Papermill and Huazhang Technology (HZT) promptly responded to the government's call for focuing on both epidemic prevention and economic development, and meanwhile pressed the acceleration key to get back to work. Working overtime to catch up with theschedule,Huazhang finally overcame the impact of COVID-19 and completed the task in advance.

At 10:38 on April 14, 2020, the PM2 test liner machine of Chaozhou Hefengte Paper Co., Ltd. successfully started up, and the first jumbo roll was completed smoothly, which became a milestone in the strategic cooperation between HZT and Hefengte papermill.

Hefengte PM2test liner project, with the annual capacity of 200,000 tons, is under the EP contract of HZT, which includes detailedengineering design, stock preparation system, paper machine with accessory systems,project installation services, and key components as well as HZT self-producedMCN dilution water CD control hydraulic headbox,whole plant automation system, auto-filter press, during which HZT also cooperatedwith its more than 60 well-known Chinesebrand suppliers and some foreign equipments suppliers. With5300mm net width , 650m / minworking speed, the two-fourdrinierPM2 test liner project is the first papermaking EP project,designed and assembledindependently by HZT, which is  based on absorbing experience of the world's leading paper machine, and combined with domesticadvanced paper equipments.

HZT always adheres to the high quality level of the world's leading paper machines and implements the Huazhang’s concept of "Co-integration, Co-creation and Co-sharing". This time Hefengte projectstarted up smoothly, which marked the successful cooperation of the "Huazhang’s concept" and lead "Paper Industry Nanny Service" of Huazhang Technology to a new level.
