The operating status of equipment is monitored and controlled in real time through the communication network like ControlNet, DeviceNet, ProfiNet, etc., thus to play the role of “preventive maintenance”. “Zero wiring” is realized with DCS system through connection with the control system by network, to help users lower investment cost.
